Order Changes & Cancellation

You can change or cancel your order free of charge any time before production begins. We'll email you when your cover enters production — after cutting has started, custom-made covers can no longer be changed, cancelled or refunded, as each cover is cut and sewn for your specific sofa model.

Fit Guarantee

If your cover doesn't fit the IKEA model it was made for, we'll remake it free of charge or refund you in full — your choice. To claim, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the cover on your sofa. Not sure which model you own? Send us a photo before ordering and we'll confirm the fit in writing — confirmed orders are fully covered by this guarantee.

3-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

Every cover is covered for 3 years against defects in materials and workmanship: failed seams, broken zippers, and stitching that comes apart under normal use. Not covered: normal wear, fading from sunlight, pet damage, or damage from washing outside the care instructions. To claim, contact us with photos of the issue. If approved, we'll repair or remake the cover free of charge. If we need the original cover back, we'll email you a prepaid return label — return shipping is always on us.

Fabric Samples & Accessories

Fabric samples are not returnable — sample shipping is fully credited back against your cover order. Inner cushion covers are made to order and follow the same policy as sofa covers.
