Shipping & Delivery

Production

Each cover is cut and sewn to order in our own workshop. Production takes 10–14 days from the day you place your order. We'll email you when your cover enters production — this is also the last point at which your order can be changed or cancelled (see our Returns & Fit Guarantee).

Shipping

Once your cover ships, delivery takes 12–20 days to most regions. Every order is sent with full door-to-door tracking, and you'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is on its way. Most orders arrive within 4–5 weeks of ordering, start to finish.

Duties & Taxes

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. All customs duties, import fees and taxes are included — there are no surprise charges when your parcel arrives.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia and New Zealand. Don't see your country? Contact us at support@leankee.com — we can often arrange shipping elsewhere.

Fabric Samples

Fabric samples ship separately from cover orders and typically arrive within 10-30 working days, so you can feel the fabric before your main order — sample shipping is fully credited back when you order your cover.
